Not BBB certified. Worst experience ever. First thing seen was male handling food with long hair, no hat, gloves, or hair net. Thankfully no hair was found in food. Ordered big Mac, was given only one patty. Live in San Antonio and was on way home, two hours away. Told Armondo "incredibly rude manager" this when I called Was told the only thing he could do was give an oral apology" highly insulting", unless I turned back around and drove two hours back to his store within the same day. First time ever using vulgar language to a fast food employee. Avoid this place if possible. If your order is messed up, don't expect to receive anything other than an apology from an inexperienced youth. One word to some up my experience, thieves.
