Partners is the best GM dealership in the area. Ronnie Farris was very fair and honest throughout the process. The service department is superior! Jason Caja & Krys Damian are always helpful and make sure that everything is taken care of.
I also over heard an employee talking to a customer about a mishap, something about an oil change and sorry he missed it. I assume it was ordered and not performed but again I was just over hearing and unsure about the details. The employee was extremely professional and apologetic then offered compensations for the inconveniences to which the customer agreed. I thought the offer sounded very fair and if it were me, I would have been satisfied with the offer. Mishaps happen people, but I will most likely return with what I have observed thus far.

I'm sitting in the waiting room as I write this so we'll see if my opinion changes. I'm getting an oil change and rotation, simple enough.
As of yet; very friendly staff, clean establishment, easily recognizable from the road, somewhat small parking lot for the service center, complimentary coffee and cookies with vending machines in waiting area.
